1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for used or opened socks unless the item is faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email at service@sockflair.com. Include the following details:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- A clear photo if the item is damaged or defective.
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to provide you with further instructions.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Non-faulty items: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Faulty or incorrect items: Sockflair will cover the cost of return shipping. Please include proof of the shipping cost in your return request.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Exceptions
- Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet the above criteria.
