We found they stretch fabulously and comfortably fit a 26 inch thigh while still reaching high enough to be clipped onto garters. They definitely stay up best with garters.

We found that shorter folks with fuller thighs could still wear the right size for their thigh without the stocking being too long. We suggest going for the size that will fit your thigh best….
