The label says “one size 90-160 lbs.”, but we found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 38 inches and the stockings have about 26 inches of stretch in the thigh.

We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
The label says “one size 150-220lbs” but we found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 53 inches and the stockings have about 34 inches of stretch in the thigh.
Small/Medium: stretched comfortably to 20 inches at the cuff. About 29 inches long from toe to cuff, unstretched. Medium/Large: stretched comfortably to 24 inches at the cuff. About 31 inches long from toe to cuff, unstretched.
We found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 60 inches and the stockings have about 31 inches of stretch in the thigh.
