We found that the cuff stretches to 21 inches and the body of the stocking to 21 inches, though the cuff starts rolling at 20 inches. Tube style foot means they’ll fit most feet!
Fits US women’s shoe size 5-13, men’s 4-11. 28 inches from the heels to the tops. The cuff can stretch to 35 inches, but it it recommended for upper thighs that measure 24-35 inches.
We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
