We found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 54 inches and the stockings have about 33 inches of stretch in the thigh.

We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
We’ve found Kix’ies’ sizing chart to be quite accurate. Their sizing is based on height and thigh measurements. We suggest going by height first and thigh second for the best possible fit.
