The label says “one size 150-220lbs” but we found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 53 inches and the stockings have about 34 inches of stretch in the thigh.
The cuffs stretched to 25 inches max for us, but softer or more sensitive legs may not like them stretched above 19 or 20 inches. About 28 inches from end to end. Tube style, they’ll fit most feet!

We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
Small/Medium: stretched comfortably to 20 inches at the cuff. About 29 inches long from toe to cuff, unstretched. Medium/Large: stretched comfortably to 24 inches at the cuff. About 31 inches long from toe to cuff, unstretched.
