We find these should best fit a US women’s shoe size 6-10 or men’s 4-8. Label says women’s 4-10, but they’ll be a bit loose below size 6. Cuff stretches to about 16 inches. No formed heel, toe-to-cuff length about 17 inches.
We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
