Label says US 5-8. We find the foot size is the usual women’s US shoe size 6-10-ish. Length is about 24 inches from heel to cuff, with up to about 20 inches of stretch in the cuff and about 21 inches of stretch in the calf.
We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
