We’ve found these to be about 24 inches long from toe to top of cuff, unstretched. There are about 19 inches of stretch at the cuff and a little more in the body of the stocking. Though it’s a wider cuff, it is very firm and may pinch some legs. Label says one size 90-160…
These fit us well from a US women’s shoe sizes 6 to 10.5 (up to a US men’s 9). Cuff stretches comfortably to 16 inches.

The label says “one size 90-160 lbs.”, but we found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 38 inches and the stockings have about 26 inches of stretch in the thigh.
