Fits US women’s shoe size 5-13, men’s 4-11. 28 inches from the heels to the tops. The cuff can stretch to 42 inches, but it it recommended for upper thighs that measure 24-40 inches.
These are tube style, should fit most feet. We found the cuff to stretch to 19 inches and the body to 21 inches. About 17.5 inches from toe to cuff.

We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
