We found that the cuff stretches to 28 inches, with body stretch well beyond that. Tube style, should fit most feet. The width of the cuff band is 2 inches.
The label says “one size 90-160 lbs.”, but we found the garter belt/hip area stretches to about 38 inches and the stockings have about 26 inches of stretch in the thigh.

We found they had about 25 inches maximum stretch in the cuff. At 30 inches long they were true thigh highs for a 28 inch inseam and even for a 32 inch inseam on 25 inch thighs.
